In-House Operations
Many other property management companies outsource services. At Promax, all our services, including accounting, maintenance/repair coordination, inspections, emergencies, and tenant application processing are done in-house. Our team is based in Northern Virginia. Your personal information is never shared or outsourced to other organizations either here in the US or overseas responders.

Transparency with Vendor Costs and Repairs
At Promax, what you see is what you pay. Unlike many of our property management competitors we do not require our vendors to up mark their invoices to pay Promax referral fees. We do not accept any form of consideration from vendors. Quotes are shared with you, and for your approval, No middleman, no kickbacks, and absolutely no markups.

Tenant Benefit Packages.
This is the new buzz in the PM business, and everyone is hopping on the bandwagon!
Although money-makers for property management companies, we do not charge for and/or require tenants to pay for services that are normally a part of what we do as your PM and what we consider routine or standard procedures. Examples include, but are not limited to access to vendors, electronic payment systems, and on-call emergency services. This is what you are paying Promax to do for you and on your behalf.

Safety Inspections by Our Team, not a Third Party
Your property’s safety is our priority. That’s why a Promax employees personally perform a yearly safety inspection on your home. We don’t outsource this crucial task to third-party contractors – it’s done by our trusted team, ensuring you get the attention and care your property deserves.
