Promax Management, Inc. is fully committed to your financial well being and will protect the privacy and security of the information you provide us. We honor your trust in providing us with your personal and financial information by handling your information cautiously and wisely. In keeping with that philosophy, we have developed a Privacy Policy, set out below, that will ensure the continued protection of your nonpublic information and inform you about the measures Promax Management takes to safeguard that information.

Who is Covered
We provide our Privacy Policy notice to each client or customer when we first establish an agency relationship, or begin processing an application.

Information Collected
In the normal course of business and to provide the necessary services to our clients and customers, Promax Management may obtain nonpublic personal information directly from the client or customer, from client/customer related transactions, or from third parties such as previous employers, real estate agents, credit agencies or other similar entities.

Access to Information
Access to all nonpublic information is limited to those Promax Management employees who have a need to know in order to perform their jobs. These employees include our processing personnel, real estate agents and other individuals, as necessary.

Information Sharing
Generally, Promax Management does not share nonpublic personal information that it collects with anyone other than those parties and entities necessary to complete the property management services we provide. Promax Management does not share nonpublic personal information with any other entities for marketing purposes and Promax Management has no joint marketing agreements for sharing of nonpublic personal information. Promax Management, however, may share information as required by law in response to a subpoena, to a government regulatory agency or to prevent fraud.

Information Security
Promax Management, at all times, strives to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the personal information in its possession and has instituted measures to guard against its unauthorized access. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with federal standard to protect that information.
